The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 7 a.m. through 6 p.m. local, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual addendum:
- a rate of $145 per hour will be charged for technician level support
- a rate of $195 per hour will be charged for engineer level support
- a rate of $250 per hour will be charged for all training
- a rate of $225 per hour will be charged for all project management
- a rate of $350 per hour will be charged for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services
- a rate of $500 per hour will be charged for consulting with our CEO
- a rate of $50 per recording will be charged for voiceover services
- a rate of $125 per new VoIP phone setup
- a rate of $25 per hard drive destruction
- a rate of $375 per computer will be charged for all New Computer Setups
- a rate of $325 per hour will be charged for Incident Response / Cybersecurity Event with a $5,000 deposit to start
Note: After hours will be billed at a time and a half the normal billable rate, two (2) hour minimum plus trip fee.
Note: Holidays will be billed at double time the normal billable rate. Remote will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments, and Onsite will be billed with a four (4) hour minimum plus the trip fee. - https://vectorchoice.com/holidayschedule
Note: All onsite work is billed at a minimum of two (2) hours and then fifteen (15) minute increments after that, if not under a Managed Services contract that includes onsite support.
Note: If remote support is not included, it will be billed at the normal billable rate in five (5) minute increments.
