What Started It All
Vector Choice Technologies today is the result of years of
experience, vision, and hard work from two industry leaders: Mike Bazar and
Will Nobles. What clients see now is a stronger, more mature company built to
support complex environments, solve real business problems, and deliver the
kind of responsive and reliable service that businesses have been looking for.
Will's story began in 2007 while serving as Vice President
of Technology at a mortgage company during the collapse of the mortgage
industry. He saw firsthand how much businesses needed practical, dependable
support during uncertain times. He began offering IT consulting services on his
own, helping companies navigate technology challenges with a level of
responsiveness many had been missing. In 2008, he officially incorporated his
company, which in 2016 became Vector Choice Technology Solutions.
How Will put it, "The goal was to grow into a nationwide,
multi-location MSP that could provide services to all corners of the U.S. and
create a new vision of IT that takes care of clients and gives them what they
need." His vision was to challenge the old reputation of IT as slow, reactive,
and disconnected from what businesses actually need, and to build something
more proactive, responsive, and reliable instead.
At the same time, Mike Bazar was building his own legacy in
technology. Starting to build Bazar Solutions in 2003, Mike focused on bringing
responsive and reliable IT support to the SMB market. His decades of hands-on
experience across industries helped shape a practical view of what business
technology should be: not a burden, but a tool to help companies run better,
solve problems, and gain an advantage.
Mike shared, "I started Bazar Solutions to bring technology
solutions to the SMB market. Every business needs and deserves to have
technology that runs smoothly and gives them an advantage over their
competitors."
In 2022, Mike and Will began talking about what would be
possible if they brought their companies, experience, and shared vision
together. After a year of planning, that vision became reality. With the
combination of their expertise, years of hard work, and a shared commitment to
helping businesses focus on what they do best, Vector Choice Technologies was
born.
Who We Are
